Initial Enquiry
Initial enquiry from you via Online Quote Form or E-mail. Include as much detail as you can (type of function, venue etc). We will reply answering any questions you may have, confirming available dates, detailing what we can offer and providing a provisional price quote.
 
Booking Form & Deposit
We will forward a booking form. You will be required to fill this in and return it with a 50% deposit. (Within 14 days)
 
Confirmation
Upon receipt of you completed booking form and deposit you will receive written confirmation of your booking. A booking is not confirmed until this process has been completed.
The balance to be paid in cash on the evening of the event.
  
Final Check
Two weeks before the function we will contact you to confirm any final arrangements.
After that, we will see you on the night with your dancing shoes.
