" Event Specialist" - All Aspects Events - Quality Assured
Clients booking All Aspects Events, or products and services affiliated to them, are bound by the following terms and conditions.
Every booking made is confirmed by email once your reservation fee has been received. The non refundable reservation fee is 50% of the total cost.
Bookings taken by phone, email or other such mediums form a binding agreement between both parties, and as such, the following should be observed:-
All outstanding fee's are payable in cash on the day, prior to the start of the function (unless previously arranged).
In the event of payment of the final balance not being received once setting up is completed, All Aspects Event are not obliged to provide sound and lighting for the function. All Aspects Events then reserves the right to recover any outstanding costs at a later date.
Any delays in the start of an event that are not under our control, will not incur penalties or a reduced fee.
In the unlikely event that your DJ has to cancel due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, any fees paid by the client shall be refunded in full. (This will be the full extent of the liability) or in such circumstances, an alternative reputable disco entertainment company will be provided. Only suitable quality partners are used in this event. To reassure you this has never previously happened !!
Should additional entertainment time be required, overtime is charged at a arranged hourly rate.
All Aspects Events requires access to the function room, 1 hour prior to the start time to set up and co ordinate sound and lighting and 1 hour to de-rig and vacate the venue.
In the unlikely event that the equipment should fail (excluding circumstances beyond our control i.e. a power cut) a full refund excluding deposit will be given.
All Aspects Events reserve's the right to cancel services should it be deemed the venue is unsuitable or dangerous. In these circumstances, no refund will be made.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the venue is equipped with at least 2 working standard sockets.
If at any time, before or during the event, there is deemed a threat to All Aspects Events Staff or their property, they reserves the right to terminate services without further notice. In these circumstances, the full balance will be payable. A refund will not be made.
Photographic or recording equipment may be used at your event, for promotional purposes. If this is not acceptable, you should advise All Aspects Events staff on the night, or in writing beforehand.
Haze, laser and strobe lighting maybe used. If you believe any of your guests may be affected by these effects, please advise accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date, will incur the full fee.
Notice of cancellation should be made in writing.
